- Forms of Small Business. Explore different business structures such as sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, and corporations, along with their pros and cons.
- Registration Requirements. Understand the necessary registrations for your business at federal, state (Arizona), city (Tucson), and county (Pima) levels, with links to other cities and counties.
- Tax Forms. Learn about the various tax forms required for each type of business, including 1040 Schedule C, Schedule SE, 1065, K1’s, 1120s, and Arizona’s TPT tax.
- Other Small Business Pitfalls. Gain insights into common pitfalls such as record keeping, separation of personal and business transactions, business insurance, business location, environmental compliance, and available small business resources.
